Parmesan Chicken

Ingredient List:
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 c. canola or veggie oil
1 c. panko bread crumbs
1/2 t. paprika
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 t. seasoned salt
1/2 t. garlic salt
8 chicken breast havles (4 chicken breasts cut into 8 pieces total)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Use a pastry brush to coat chicken pieces with oil (don't dip or chicken will be really greasy & coating won't stick). In a shallow dish, combine rest of ingredients and coat chicken.

Arrange chicken pieces on prepared baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, for 55 to 60 minutes or until no longer pink.

***Freezer instructions: Preapare as above, but do not bake until serving day!

  1. This is definitely a new family favorite! It comes out so crunchy, which I love. This is also an easy alternative to the store-bought chicken tenders, which I tend to avoid because of all the additives. Yay for an awesome recipe...only wish we would have tried this one sooner!!!
