1 c dried parsley
2/3 c dried minced onion
2/3 c chili powder
1/2 c ground cumin
1/2 c dried chives
1/4 c salt
Mix dry seasoning together. Store in an air tight container or divide and package into small bags for gift giving. Makes enough for about 18 batches of dip.
Fiesta Dip
3 Tablespoons Dill Dip Mix
1 cup sour cream or yogurt (low/no fat is fine)
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix dip mix with sour cream and mayo. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
Perfect appetizer w/Mexican. Also very good if you add shredded chddar cheese on top!
