Italian Meatballs

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal (quick or old-fashioned will do)
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 1/2 t Italian Seasoning
1/2 t. salt
3 T. dried onion flakes
3-4 T. prepared spaghetti sauce

Mix thoroughly and roll into tablespoon size meatballs. Freeze in a single layer in quart size freezer bags. (They may freeze together a bit, but knock them on the counter top when frozen and they will break apart)

*To cook: Thaw and put in baking dish in single layer. Add one jar of spaghetti sauce over top. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked through. (These would probably cook from frozen as well, provided you bake longer.)
