Here's one that sounds good enough to try. Bacon Hashbrown Freezer Roll-Ups. I would suggest either flash freezing before bagging, or wrapping individually in plastic wrap before freezing. Tortillas have a tendency to stick together, especially if there's moisture in the bag.
