Then into a sandwich bag and in the freezer for a quick and easy lunch another day. If you forget to take it out in the morning to thaw (it only needs a couple hours and leave it in a bag so it doesn't dry out) you can even throw it in the microwave for a few seconds. Easy!

Prep ahead to make lunch easy
Making meals ahead doesn't have to be a complicated, cook all morning with your friends endeavor. Earlier this week, I made my son a PB&J for lunch. Since I already had all the stuff out, I went ahead and made three extra sandwiches. I used this tool from Pampered Chef to make them pretty. I made half sandwiches since I'm never sure how much he will eat. I can always take another one out.
