from Freezer Chicks
½ cup beer
3 Tablespoons sesame seeds
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
about 3 pounds pork chops or pork loin
Mix all ingredients and put in a freezer bag. Freeze. Dump into the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
If I remember correctly, Tristy made this in her slow cooker and said it tasted fine but didn't look as appetizing. I made them in the oven and again, they tasted OK, but looked sort of pale. Perhaps they need to be browned first? On the grill?
This recipe was okay. I think if I made it again I would definitely grill the pork. I don't know that it left a good enough impression for me to make again on my own!
