Jodi

Jodi is 39 years old with a nearly 13 year old son and 7 year old daughter. She has been married 16 years to Eric. Jodi has a BS in Marketing and used to work in Human Resources for 10 years. She doesn't miss it at all anymore and loves being a stay at home mom. Jodi volunteers at the schools and church and recently started a Brownie Troop.

We are a group of moms who get together about once a month or so to cook Meals Made Ahead.

Meals Made Ahead are great because it's nice to always have something in the freezer for those nights that are busy, those nights when you can't think of anything to make, those nights when you have nothing to cook with because you didn't feel like dragging two screaming kids through the grocery store, those nights when you just don't feel like cooking.

Sure, we could do this on our own. But it's much more fun to cook with friends (and share the clean up!)

The secret ingredient
